EARLY ACCESS FOR NORTHERN CLASSES
COMPLETE REGISTRATION BY MAY 8, 2026

Enrollment/Registration Information:

· Registration: WVNCC’s Fall Registration is OPEN for all students.

· Goal Dates: In our upcoming registration outreach to current Early Access students, we will be encouraging the students to check-in / turn-in completed registrations to their High School Designee(s) by May 8, 2026.

It is then our hope that High Schools/Early Access Designees provide WVNCC (earlyaccess@wvncc.edu) with the completed/reviewed registrations prior to May 15, 2026. Students will receive a confirmation email to both their WVNCC Student email and personal email on file when processed.

Regarding All Students: WV Spring 2026 School Day Testing ends Friday April 24th!

Regarding Select Students: Income-eligible students who took SAT School Day can visit SAT Fee Waivers – SAT Suite | College Board to request a fee waiver that will provide them the additional following benefits (income eligibility is also determined via the link provided):

· Unlimited score reports to send to colleges.
· Waived application fees at participating colleges.
· Two free SAT Weekend tests .
· Free College Scholarship Service (CSS) Profile applications to apply for financial aid from participating schools.

There will be a REQUIRED senior meeting on Thursday, April 16th during 2nd block (9:07am) in the theater. In this meeting, you will receive all the information needed before graduation held at Weir HS on Friday, May 29th.

All 12th Virtual students will need to report to the main office to sign-in before reporting to the theater. Thank you.

APRIL 14th: SAT SCHOOL DAY
- ALL grade 11 students are required to take this state-administered test. 11th grade Virtual students will report to the main office at 7:15am.
- MAKE SURE TO BRING YOUR SCHOOL ISSUED IPAD CHARGED & UPDATED ON APRIL 14.
- 9th, 10th & 12th grade students will have a Virtual day at home (assignments will be on TEAMS for B day classes).
Failure to complete the assignments in TEAMS will result in a failing/incomplete grade.
